    Anyone like this Protein powder going to order some soon just wanted some thoughts on it.

    Best tasting protien there is in my opinion. I had good success with it. It has my indorsmnet. I just go to trueprotien.com these days.

    its definatly the best tasting stuff out there (for now anyway). it actually tastes better than any milkshake or blended drink ive ever had. Its not all protien though, i believe it has 18g fat and 14g carbs per serving, so keep that in mind.

    its not like youre going to see results from a protein powder. you dont just drink a few shakes and, bam, youre swol all of a sudden. its just an easy way to get macros in. A serving of muscle milk is basically the equivalent of a piece of steak and a really small potato (high protien, moderate fat, low-moderate carbs).

    uh Yes, I know that what im saying is im using im going to use it for a couple of extra meals or whatever and see how my body reacts with it plus the food.
