I use regular TRAC w/ NADH. Sure its a bit pricey, $38 including shipping and handeling, but I think it works IMO.

its because this is a steroid forum mainly and after the ph/ps ban there's really nothing left but the "real deal" thats worth anything.

whey and casien protien along with egg powder is great and fish oils and other EFA's are what work.
