My dislexia must've been in gear. I purchased Thermonex instead of Thermoexin a few weeks ago after reading about it. I can't take it anymore. The Thermonex makes me naucious beyond belief. And its worse if I dont eat, or drink alot of water. So Today will be my last day on it. I was taking Lean-fire, but the results weren't anything spectacular. I could only notice it, if I hardley ate anything, so I was always starving.

Not eating isn't a problem for me either, cuz I wanna lose weight. Stopped lifting in July. Was trying to gain weight. When i started lifting I was at 165-170lbs, when i stiopped lifting I ended up being 155lbs. now I'm 183lbs and fat. So just lookin to drop the wieght.
