    Default Clen temp and blood pressure
    Hey dudes...
    Ive taken Eca many times, and had no problems but now im gonna start some clen in a few days and im reading about this temp issue.. What temp should you be at to know the stuff is working? and blood pressure.. how much is too much?

    You don't rate how much Clen to take by your body temperature or blood pressure. You cycle this like most supplements . . . .Do a search for amounts and be careful Clen is some powerful stuff and if you take too much your going to feel like your going to die. Been there, done that

    ok then why are people always checking their blood pressure and temp?? I understand if your temp is not up then the stuff is not working... correct me if im wrong

    done a little reaserch on clen and took it in the past, but i would say most people check there temps is because the stuff is a thermogenic.

    exactly.. but can u over heat lol??? what I mean is what is the temp AND blood pressure that is safe and suppose to work effectivley?

    well, yea a person could over heat. but i would just start yourself at a small dosage, and work your way up, monitoring yourself as you go. There are a lot of posts on what dosage people are starting at and how they increase it.
