    Default Protein and shits
    Ok i have been taking protein now for quite some time, just recently i have deveopled (for lack of a better word) the shits. I have never had this problem before but usually 4 hours or so after intake a protein shake i have this problem. Now i have tried going off the protein for about 2 days and everything is normal; i have also tried diffrent brand of poweder as well. sorry to disgust some you with this question but it has been bothering me for some time now. im sure ill get some flames for this...

    More complex carbs/fibers in your diet should help solidify your shits.

    what kind of protien you been taking? concentrate, whey? and also what he said^^^ should help too.
