    Default WTF?? DHEA/Tribulus and Creatine
    Ok, here is the deal:

    I'm about 5'11" 192 pounds 31years and this is my second month at the gym ofter 7 years out. I bought DHEA 50mg and Tribulus 625mg and Creatine (Cell Pro with glutamine, Vanadyl, Taurine, lipo acid and Chromium Pico with 75g of Dextrose) and by the end of December I have been able to really pic up the weight.

    I was doing 225po X 6 reps mid Dec. and I did today 245 X 8 reps 255 X 5 reps and 265 X 3 reps then step down to 145 until failure.

    WTF is going on????

    Can anyone tell me what is giving me so much strenght?

    BTW my shoulders are killing me

    strength is probably a combination of muscle memory, increasing strength naturally, tribulus and DHEA to some small extent, and the creatine.

    shoulders are killing you because flat BB bench is a shoulder killer.

    Muscle memory and the newness of your gym exposeure is 90% of the gains your seeing.

    Carefull using DHEA. It is suppressive.

    Trib is garb IMO as proved in a recrent test I did on myself. Yes I did BW after it to verify. Out of curiosity, how much are you taking ED?

    Creatine solo again is garb. Needs to be stacked with NO2 to really see gains but the CEE seems promising.

    NO MATTER WHAT IS WORKING OR NOT YOUR SEEING GAINS!!! Keep it up.

    THis is why mnost of the time you should try compounds one at a time and then stakc. YOu haver no idea what is doing what to you. which in this case is ok but what if you started getting side effects from these supps?? You'd be ****ed.

    Saying creatine is garbage is a pretty wrong statement. And recommending NO2 to anyone is probably the most retarded thing ive ever heard. Have you been living under a rock for the past 3 or 4 years...NO2 is a gimmick, thats pretty much common knowledge these days.

    Or maybe you were joking
