Ok, here is the deal:
I'm about 5'11" 192 pounds 31years and this is my second month at the gym ofter 7 years out. I bought DHEA 50mg and Tribulus 625mg and Creatine (Cell Pro with glutamine, Vanadyl, Taurine, lipo acid and Chromium Pico with 75g of Dextrose) and by the end of December I have been able to really pic up the weight.
I was doing 225po X 6 reps mid Dec. and I did today 245 X 8 reps 255 X 5 reps and 265 X 3 reps then step down to 145 until failure.
WTF is going on????![]()
Can anyone tell me what is giving me so much strenght?
BTW my shoulders are killing me![]()
