If you are looking for something that works but isnt as strong as the E prouducts the go for a product calle chizled by xtreme formulations it is relativley cheap and has the next be thing to ephedrine which is is going to be synephrine.

Depends on what you respond to. I didn't really get anything much from Clen or Ephedrine, whereas Green Tea, Fish Oil, SesaThin, and plain ol' caffeine worked quite well for me. I'd suggesting finding a stimulant that blunts your appetite the best, then just stick with diet, training, Fish Oil, Green Tea Extract, and SesaThin or some other non-stimulating fat burner like Lean Xtreme or Melting Point if you feel like it. As stimulants go, appetite control seems to be the name of the game.
