if superdrol's half-life is 6-10 hours this means that you should take it in 2 different doses during hte day.. if i don't work out til 6 or 7 every night. when should the dosses be taken i'm starting out at 2 a day for the first 2 weeks then up to 3 a day for 2 weeks then 4 a day for 2 more weeks being a 6 week cycle. how should i take the doses during the day?

ONe when you get up and another 6-10 hours after that. Let you fall off be at the end of the night. Take ZMA vefore bed.
