    any of you all have any thoughts on them?

    why do people always buy stuff and then ask questions about them.

    they are good stuff. best tasting shakes out there IMO.

    they arent just protein though, they have some fats and carbs in them as well. More of an MRP.

    talking about the RTD shakes- great stuff. great taste, just usualy a little on the expensive side. hardly any fat or sugar though -thumbs up.

    why? do you not eat carbs and fat when your cutting? its a pretty low cal shake, its not like its a weight gainer

    it's not a weight gainer but its good to add if ur bulking since it has a lot of fat like 18 g and it has creatine mono which will get u a little bloated

    18g of fat is not a lot whether your butting or bulking. My last 2 meals include 5 whole eggs (about 22.5g fat) and about 6 oz top sirloin (not really sure how much fat, i cant find a consistent answer anywhere, but its most likely more than 18) plus all the fat i get throughout the day. Im losing bf.

    Even if you are one of the people that gets bloated from a little creatine mono, what does that have to do with bf?

    imo 18 grams of fat for one meal is quite a bit if ur trying to cut up considering you have 4-5 more meals to eat in a day. as far as the amount of fat u eat and r still losing bf is determined mostly by ones metabolism which is different from person to person. never said anything about creatine and bf just said that since it caused a little water retention would not help ur trying to get cut

    i dont think 18g of fat is a lot. If youre cutting bf you should be consuming most of your carbs earlier in the day, and most of your fat later in the day, so 18g of fat for a meal later in the day isnt that much, especially considering you get almost 0 fat PWO. Its not like MM shakes are full of trans fat or sat fat. Youd be fine drinking them regardless of your goals.

    If anything creatine is beneficial when losing bf because it will help you keep your strength. The only people that would need to worry about it would be someone preparing for a show. If youre fat, youre fat, if youre lean youre lean, creatine isnt going to make too much of a difference appearance-wise.

    personal preference. A lot of people believe in separating fats and carbs, a lot dont.

    to much cholesterol that can't be good for atteries

    my boy at my gym gave me a few cases for free so of course I took them I know there good just wanted to see what yall thought about them I woulnt drink them when cutting but they are fine 4 bulking just wanted yalls thought bro thats all

    they taste awesome, especially the cookies and cream when I mix it with milk, best tasting protein out IMO.
