    Default Best Overall Taurine?
    I've read the sticky on "cell volumization" by Iron Addict and I'm planning on adding some taurine to my CEE, but I don't know which is best. I checked the AF store(https://www.anabolicfitness.net/shop...968f876ca7c4a3) Would this suffice?

    taurine is widely produced, you generally wont find really "better" and "worse" taurine. Most of it is "high quality" so Any taurine is fine. AF has high quality powder at a cheap price and its one of the powders that is tasteless so its just fine as a powder (unlike many other aminos and phytonutrients- where the powder tastes terrible)

    I was just thinkin if there were other products out there like there are with Creatine. Different companies selling diff CEE w/ different added stuff. I thought there was Taurine added with some other stuff that would "enhance" it some more.

    no, nothing really is going to enhance it. its just an amino acid..although an imporant one. I use bulk nurition taurine powder.
