    hey guys i was wondering if anyone have tried cee pro by muscle tech or elite phosphagen and had good results ,,,also what about muscle tech is it any good or should i be ok with plain creatine ..peace

    Just go for some creatine esther and you'll be fine.

    & Phosphagen gave me a lot of bloating - many people experience the samething and it didn't really help me at all.

    cee pro is creatine ethyl ester right?? what should i expect from it ?

    IMO, it loads faster into your cells & is more efficient compared to creatine monohydrate. Also, like many other posts - muscletech overprices everything & their products aren't good at all IMO...

    I got a question:

    With CEE do you need the 50/50 split of malto and dextrose? I was told that because CEE was much more effecient that it wasn;t necessary but have never got a concrete answer
