    Wal Mart has them, i think they are in the section where the yogurt, cottage cheese and shit is at.

    regular egg whites. When i'm home and get lazy, i will buy a few quarts to keep from cracking eggs. THe price is pretty decent, not much more than you would pay for whole eggs and you don't have seperate the yoke.

    really guess i really never paid much attn to the reg ol grocery store...i'll take a look next time i go..so these at the grocery store are equivilent to this stuff http://www.eggwhitesint.com/index.shtml or is that just over hyped bs???

    Egg whites are egg whites. I wouldn't buy anything with additives in it. Pure egg whites are great so don't mess with it.

    Or you can simply go to Costco or BJs or somethin like that and buy a 4-6pack of them. I just bought a few boxes today. Plus its cheaper @ Costco than at a grocery store.

    so can you drink the eggbeaters stuff one finds at the grocery store becuase it is pasturized?? does the pasturization make it safer?
    I know many will say just to drink raw egg whites but I have gotten food poisining before and I know the chances of me getting it agan are slim but I dont want to chance it- ya know.
