    Are they the samething thing with different name? Can they be taken at the same time?

    Go with CEE. Its better (meaning your body uses more of it, so you use less, and its more effective. It also doesnt cause stomach problems, or water bloat) than monohydrate (TRAC) and supposedly better than Kre-Alkalyn.

    The place in my sig sells it. I believe its $6.99 for 100g.

    I have used all 3 products (CEE, TRAC and Kre-alk) and Kre is by far the best of the group, Im actually using it now and the stuff is for real.This is coming from a guy who used to rave about TRAC.
