Question Would these supp's be good for gaining?
I was wondering if adding these supplements to my already Whey Protein and Creatine cycle would complement eachother.

    ISS Research Super Vitamin Pak

    Optimum Amino 2222 Softgels

    NOW Saw Palmetto Berries

    Optimum Tribulus 625

    Higher Power L-Glutamine

If not please critique the list if you wouldnt mind. Thanks.

i use the same vitamins. They test out well, good stuff.

you can do without everything else. real food is where its at. Im not really familiar with saw palmetto, so i cant comment on it though. I doubt it will do anything for gains, its probably more for just general health...which isnt a bad thing.

im kind of back and forth on tribulus. The first time i tried it (AST's tribulus) I loved it. I got great gains, and it made my back break out (which is a good sign). The next few times i tried it (I tried Pinnacles, Biotest, and Anabolic matrix Rx, and none of them had any noticeable effect). Im using BulkNutritions tribulus powder right now, and im losing bodyfat, and my weights are still going up in the gym every week...obviously diet has everything to do with this, but the tribulus cant be hurting.

If you go the tribulus route, try some ZMA before bed. It helps you sleep, which is reason enough to at least try it. Sleep is a huge factor.

Tribulus is good stuf but it has to be cycled as your body grows imune to it. 4-6 week siis it and then at least a one week break.

1500mg a day is an effective dose.

I love aminos. My fav is amino vital powder. Tastes so good I could drink it all day.

Don't know about glutamine and the others are just support supps.

Glutamine blocks the production of cortisol. Cortisol is released during mental or physical stressors (working out). It (cortisol) breaks down muscle tissue.
A cheaper version of glutamine is called PHOSPHATADYLSERINE. Approximately 1/3 the cost of Glutamine.
