Hey whats goin on i was just wonderin if anyones tried the new creatine supp. from Gaspari. I know they got caught with some illegal stuff with the halodrol so i was think this creatine might be a little diff. then the stuff thats out there today. If anyone has let me know how it is. Its rather costly. 60 a bottle. Thanks

basically its a super expensive sugar and creatine formula. It does not even have CEE.

just get CEE (preferably PureCEE) and dextrose.

it shouldn't since it gets better absorbed in the muscle cell due to the ethy ester thats attached to cee compared to mono that just sits outside due to low insulin. thats why need dextrose when using mono so u increase insulin enough to get it inside the muscle cell. personally i think that cee and mono are pretty much the same thats what i have heard from friends and people who work at nutri stores and have used both of them.
