    Is this a joke?

I mean i dont honestly think it is, because everyone knows that if your not massive, a month or two on creatine and no-xplode will do the trick.

Try some food and some weights.

I like the name, its a good song!

I guess I'll give it a shot...Mind that everyone hear will say diet and trainging are first.
This is just my opinion and what I have seen that works for me and some of my friends.

Protien- Anything from trueprotien.com CFM, Whey, Soy, and so on.
Creatine- My fave is Creatine Ethyl Ester, they only creatine I've ever got results from.
EFA's-Make sure its a good blend of all the omegas 3-6-9.
    Multi Vitamin
B vitamins- b12 mainly for appitite
ALA- take it before meals and shakes I prefer Glucorel-R
Tyrosine- Good boost for a work out if you don't like stimulents.
A Joint Formula- the basic is 1500mg of Glucosamine and 1200mg of Chondrotin.
    Glutamine

I would say these are the most basic of all the supplaments and the ones that really do work if you eat and train right.

I have friends that love HMB and the NO2 stuff, but I don't think its that significant, you'll get most everything you need out of good diet and training. If you eat cottage cheese and skim milk you almost cover every amino acid that you need. Stay away from the gimick supplaments they are just over priced and just a bunch of hocus pocus I've used them all and didn't get that much from them. You can get most of what you need from the sites who sponsor this forum and they are the best quality and the lowest price.

is this a joke? creatine in and of itself will do nothing for you without a proper diet and work regimine. no- explode? please, the name says it all....no as is nothing will happen. aside from a pump in the gym that crap does nothing for you, it does not promote any growth....

    SUPPLEMENTS
LETS SEE HERE FOR THE "SHOULD TAKE SUPP’S":
    EFA’S---FLAX/FISH/HEMP/SAFFLOWER oil…ETC…
multi—Big fan of Beverly internationals super pac
    Creatine: cee or mono
And a good protein---like an iso whey or a good blended protien

I don’t see much reason to take much of anything else.

    Bcaa
    Arginine
And most other amino’s can be consumned through a good diet rich in protein and most good protein powders have an ample amount of those amino’s in them

lol, yes. The guy actually said he "could be massive, hes just not taking the right supplements". He is the reason muscletech is still in business.

Needless to say, i dont think this thread is quite going to make it to sticky status.

Eat some food, lift some weights, take some CEE, and call it a day.

Its going to be hard to make significant gains on 2 meals a day, unless your taking in a lot of calories from shakes, if thats possible. Not because you have to split up your meals into 15 mini meals like so many people seem to want to do, but simply because getting all your calories from 2 meals is gonna be hard. Your body is a lot more efficient than most people make it out to be.

There really are no supplements to replace food, sorry. The only things i would recommend are 2g CEE, 200mg caffiene and 2g L-tyrosine pre workout, this is to give you a little energy, and get your head in the game, not to magically create gobs of muscle out of thin air. Postworkout 2g CEE and 500-1000g NAC postworkout. If youre taking a multi you should be getting enough vitamin C. I am thinking about trying some taurine, and while it does create worthless, overglorified "pumps", im considering it for its health benefits.

Green Tea extract can help you stay lean while gaining mass, and also has a lot of other health benefits.

I dont consider protein or EFA's "supps"...they are part of your diet.

Do you find oral b12 to have any effect on appeitite? I, and every other person I know who have tried it havent noticed a thing. Injectible b12 is the only form ive ever heard of having any effect on appetite.

Good call on the HMB and no2. From every study ive seen, theyve both proven to be worthless. HMB sounds good on paper, but thats as far as it goes. And NO2 is a gimmick.

Ya I guess I am one of the fortunate ones who do get an effect form b12 orally why I don't know. I also take a B complex too. But i do know since i started taking it my appitite has been quite ample. Before I started I struggled in my later part of the take mainly my last two meals to put away any big amount of food the other night I ate a chicken and a half...Got to love the whole cooked chickens at the store for 4$.

    Some things that actually work:

    Whey Protein
    Casein Protein
    Omega 3
    Creatine
    Vitamins

Those are some stuff I consider one should always use, then there are a ton of other stuff you could try.

Ya bro with only 2 meals a day your on a up hill battle trying to get massive. You can only through in so many meal replacements. I would try to find a way to add some real food to your diet try to get in atleast another meal or two. I think this is were you'll benefit more, other than trying to overload yourself with supplaments. Remeber that these are "SUPPLAMENTS" they only help you if everything else is in order. ITs like adding a octain booster to a empty tank of gas. I'm not trying to hard on ya bro its just how it works.

Met-rx meal replacement shakes were formulated for cancer patients that could no longer eat. True, no shake can replace enzymes and fiber necessary in food but this is definitely the best out there when trying to come close to a real meal. If you can only eat twice, this is a good supplement to take ...if you can get it where you are.

MET-rx was like 10 years ago lol. Those were the first shakes i used when i started working out because my dad had some lying around in the kitchen...grossest protein ive ever had. I actually gagged from drinking them.

As for MRPs...i dont really consider them supplements. Its replacing a meal, and meals arent supplemental to your diet, they ARE your diet.

If i need a MRP i just throw some protein and oatmeal (or olive oil or peanut butter if its one o fmy last two meals of the day) in a shaker.
