    Exclamation Looking to get big without Creatine?
    Im paranoid about getting acne cuz its nasty . Ive tried creatine and I do indeed get acne.

    Do any of you guys know other stuff to take that doesnt make you break out and still will make you get big.

    Rite now im only taking Whey Protein.... hahaha

    Please help me

    i for one have never heard of creatine giving acne. if acne is an issue, there aren't a whole lot aas that could help ya out, if that is the way you are looking to go. i would say maybe anavar, eq. as far as natural, protein powder, amino acids, and lots and lots and lots of clean food. jmo

    Ill give pure creatine a try cuz I think it was the sugar and other additives that gave it to me.

    yea try straight creatine--no "cell-tech" shit--plain ol' creatine, try it with powdered gatorade--less sugar use 2 servings worth, i have done that in the past with good results.

    i would understand if creatine gave you acne though i have never heard of or known anybody that ever got acne
    i am not surprised how you would get acne cause everbody is diffenet and its not like it is water it can act differently on different people
    there is another supp. you could use no2 is good and i never got pimples from that though i never got acne from creatine either

    just stick with plain creatine, or cee even beter. no2 is crap-worthless, it does nothing in the way of muscle building, just a waste of money.

    use cee or nothing at all. creatine can not give a person acne by itself. the last time i used creatine regularly was about 10 years ago. ever since, i'm creatine-free and my workouts/growth is fine. to each his own, though. but in response to your question: yes, you CAN make good gains without creatine. arnold did.
