    Default Cee
    Hey.

I've been on CEE for sometime now - TRAC that is. I'm just curious - Should I cycle it just like regular Creatine Monohydrate? Cuzz I don't want my body to stop producing its own creatine. I've been on TRAC now for about 2months now - Half the bottle is used up already.

    Thanks.

In Creatine Monohydrate, isn't it best to cycle because you will start to see less gains after awhile? Won't this concept be the same as CEE? & Won't it make my body slowly stop making as much creatine?

i never cycle creatine peroid...never needed too..i have stints away from it but that do to the fact that i am not at the gym during those times..i missed 3 months worth of working just a bit ago so i dropped creatine, and everyother supp i was on. no need to take them if im not in the gym. but if your using what maybe 10 grams aday, your not gonna shut down your natty creatine production. and i have never heard of decreased progress with using creatine...maybe i am wrong but i dont think so. cycling creatine is old school--like when it was recommended to to take creatine with grape juice cause it gives it the best absorbtion rate thinking---we now know thats not true as is the neccesity to cycle it. you dont have too--some guys still do but you dont have too.

Alright thanks. Yeah, it worried me a bit that taking too much CEE would shut down the production.
