Hey y'all...
I was just wondering if any of y'all use Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) and how much/when do you take it?? I've read ranges of 3-9g a day...I took it for a while a coupla months ago, but I can't for the life of me remember how much I took and when...It doesn't seem like I was taking in that much though...![]()
