i need advice about the best brand of amino i used many time the amino 2222 from optimum nutrition (the tab and the liquid) the results was soooooo bad the best amino that's i use was the amino fuel 1000 and 2000 from twinlab(and the liquid too) i wanna know the best amino?? the twinlab or ther is other one??


i only buy the twinlab's suppllements i trust this company and BSN too (nitrix)
but i wanna if there is another company better than twinlab and BSN

Just buy a good quality protein powder. IMO you don't need to take amino pills.

Eat 2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight (EAT is the key word here) and you will see some good gains.

try animal nitro from universal or just stay with twinlab cause those ARE good
