ECA stack

I've used ECA stack once and loved the results. I also really liked it because it gives you energy.

I stopped taking ECA stack a couple weeks ago and noticed my workout has kind of Lost some intensity. I want to take it again until wrestling season - And i was wondering if it would okay to use ECA stack again or if it would be unhealthy with such a short interval of time.

eca is meant to be stagered..like a 2 wk on 2 wk off deal..there's a ton of info in this forum area just do a quick search of these threads on it...hope that helped.
