    Default Protein Shake's?
    Right now I am taking Pro Blend 55, I like it tastes alright and seems to have been working for me. But I wanna order something online, seems to be cheaper then GNC. Thinking about getting some Isopure Zero Carb. Also was wondering if I should get the zedro card or the one with some carbs?

    I use to use prolab cuz I got a discount from them and could order online, but I found that trueprotein is about the same price and you can get all sorts of protein, you can make your own mix (including carbs) and stuff. Check out the site, do some reading on the different types and then come up with your own mix that you want. Personally, for post workout, I use the cold-filtration whey isolate combined with their post-workout carb mix.
