    Default neon yellow urine from riboflavin
    just wondering...I have a B complex that provides 6000% of the US RDA of B-2 (riboflavin). after i take it, i have the brightest yellow piss you ever did see.

    does this mean that i'm literally just pissing away most of the riboflavin? or is the yellow piss a byproduct of riboflavin absorption or something, and the riboflavin is actually doing me some good?

    would it be better if i took half a tablet 2x/day instead of 1 tablet/day?

    My multivitamin gives me some bright urine color too. I make sure I take a few throughout the day since I'm sure I lose a lot of it. It also helps to take vitamins with food so that more of it gets absorbed - or so I've read.

    ditto, my multivitamin does the same. i have no idea how much of it is getting absorbed, and truth be told, tons of research debates the topic of how much of multivitamins get absorbed. some say almost none of gets absorbed even w/ food. but either way, your piss will look like that...

    It's kind of an advantage when taking piss tests (since I never study for them) - your urine can be really diluted but they won't be able to tell since it'll have some color.
