 pwo shake question
I usually take whey protien either Isopure or ON which has about 50g protien and only 3 carbs, If I mix a creatine powder, which has 75g carbs from dextrose and maltodextrin, for pwo, would that be a good carb source in my shake, also would I still be getting the benefits of the creatine or do you need to take creatine on an empty stomache?
thanks for the help.

It's good to take creatine toghether with carbs.
Dextrose and maltodextrine are excellent for PWO. PWO should be carbs/protein in 2:1 relation (50 gr and 25 gr). Best for carbs is 50% dextrose and 50% maltodextrine.
Creatine is ok to be taken with PWO.

Best carbs would be vitargo, but that shit's expensive. A 50/50 dextro/malto mix is good.
Protein, carbs and creatine go perfect together.

Thanks guys,
Also, sometimes I throw in some all natural peanut butter for a little flavor, extra cals, and some fat, is that a good idea?

No fat in PWO. leave peanut butter for later, not PWO.

done,
also my other shakes throughout the day, I use 1 soop ON whey 25g protein, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1/2-1 cup oats, sometimes hard boiled eggs, peanut butter. how does that sound?

If you're prone to get fat, you shouldn't mix carbs and fats (ex, peanut butter and oats), but it's up to you, as you are bulking. Many guys bulk dirty but I prefer to keep it clean.
You could make a shake with whey / boiled eggs / peanut butter / cheese and another shake with just whey and oats.
