I've always read negative things about Muscletech products in the forums. I was wondering if the Gakic product is any good or is it a waste of money.

Okay but what do yall think about Gakic? Its supposed to automatically increase your strength by 10.5%. I went to get some protein and I saw the bottle. its like 75 bucks!

so a 500 bencher would turn inot a 550 bencher over nite???
hell effen test doesnt even do that lol

however be careful of the wording..i really think they mean a 10% increase based on reps..ie if you can do 10 with 500 youll be able to do 11 with 500 if you take gakic

I know a guy that bought it and he says the taste is unbearable and it stays with you for hours.

I've had good luck with muscletech products. My workout partenr says they are kjunk and they don't work. He and I are the same size ands I bench 100 pounds more than he does...........

BTW, specifically Anoteston & hydroxycuts
