I had lower back problems too, but it stopped a few days after cycle.
About those ***733;pins and needles***733;.. if it means you had an itch, I had it too. My whole body was itchy like someone put needles on it, especially back and chest. But it happened to me only 2-3 times and didnt last more than a minute. So I didnt bother about it at all. Now after 15-16 days of my PCT I feel fine with only 10mg of tamoxifene. Sex drive is coming back and what is the most important, my desire for training almost never stoped.

The back pumps are still there, did legs yesterday, did my first heavy sey of squats and racked them after 1 rep, my back was that bad, did legs lightly instead, very, very disapointed. No itching though, just pins and needles, a real pain in the ass. Can not get hold of any tamoxifene in the uk. So rebound xt will have to do, along with every thing else.
