 So you wanna pump?
Give Creatine Ethyl Ester and Taurine a try.
I took a tbsp of CEE a couple hours pre workout along with Taurine.
During my workout I had 1L of water with Gatorade powder and a Tbsp of Taurine in it. HOLY SHIT I have never had pumps like that before. My quads were so swole it was actually painful (The 20 rep widdow maker did help either ).
If you are looking for a good pump, this is the best combo I have ever come across.

Good to hear that combo's working for you buddy, I'm gonna be starting a cycle of Green Bulge CEE with taurine in a few weeks and i'm lookin forward to it already!

My stuff is from TrueProtein.
Watch out with the CEE, it has a strong acidic taste.

I hear ya bro, i'm, on a CEE and an NO product right now and things are going well. I hit bi's and tri's today and they pumped up from 17" cold to 18" after my workout plus my muscles feel "full" all day. Much better than your average Creatine Monohydrate.

My quads were so pumped that it was actually painful for a good 5 minutes. You know that burn you get when you are busting off 20 reppers for squats (if you don't, give it a try). Well I had that burning that lasted about 5 minutes after my set was over. I thought my legs were going to explode.
The other thing different I have changed is the addition of CEE and Taurine.

I'm not a DC trainee if that is what you are asking.
I have read alot of DC's articles and posts and I have incorported his methods into my workout. I'm sure it is pretty close to a DC routine minus the small tweaks that he make to individualize each program.
Basically I follow the: lift heavy and eat lots principle

HOneslty these guys are always so afraid to gain weight and to put on a little fat.
I got no prob getting a bit smooth in the bulking season. I am an ectomorph wiht a tiny frame so I have worked up from a 130ish skinny guy to 190's at 5'10 and i am shreded right now. I get a bit smooth in the bulk but nothing too crazy i stll have my abs just a bit thicker. My goal is 200lbs at the end of my bulk ..I am in the lower 190;s now(at age 21 and natural) and i am only 3 weeks into my bulk.

I'll have to try Taurine with my stack. In what way does it add to the effects of CEE?

I take a TBSP in the am. I also put it in my water that I take to the gym with me.
