4 Ad???

I found a site selling 4 AD, or as they called it on the bottle Diol 4. they claim they are just getting rid of inventory. Is this the real deal or does anyone know if it is just a knock off product? also, i emailed the site and they claimed it is legal to sell remaining inventory as long as we don't say the purpose of why we want it... this can't be true, is it?
