    Default first question here
Hey guys I know I'm new but I just wanted to get started here and keep building up my knowledge anyway...supplemented taurine in the past, using clen, to help cramps. What other reasons is taurine good for?

Taurine is the second most abundant amino acid in muscle. It can have a similar effect as creatine in that it expands the cells in your muscles by way of helping them hold more water. This can help with protein synthesis as well.

Now it is no miracle supplement but it can help.
