    Yea so heres the thing im kinda fat and i have lost 30 Ilbs on the low carb thingy and i work on all my muscles to even myself out but should i start to take creatine and do alot mor cardio and pump heavyer weights or what plz help

    Its up to you bro, you need to loose more weight? Are you stuck? I would use creatine, some put on abit water when on so see how it goes.

    Cardio definitely helps to drop the fat. As for gaining muscle, it is going to be difficult as long as you are loosing weight. In fact, you are probably loosing muscle mass right now. So I suggest you lift simply in an effort to maintain the muscle mass that you have.

    To drop fat I would do cardio, eat less kcals (less carbs more prot, eat clean) and continue lifting so you don't loose so much muscle. Droping fat and gaining muscle almost imposible.
