    what about no loading ?

if you aim for a loading phase, aim between 10g and 28g, divided into 4 doses, depending on how much you weight.

I tend to say take your bodyweight in pounds, divided it by 10, then you got your creatine loading in grams.

Some studies suggest that you saturature your muscle tissues for about a month when using the appropriate loading phase for 5 days. Some other studies suggest a maintenance of about 5g per day.

I haven't seen anything with creatine loading associated with pimples. And I wouldn't see why it would cause pimples.

There's no physiological association between creatine and increased acne.

    Default creatine & pimples
Just a shot in the dark but i would guess if you have a increase in pimples the culprit may be the high amounts of sugar in some of the creatines on the market dont know what your taken for creatine but high amounts like around 75 gr. or so may be it. Try to stick with low sugar see what happens then but dont put any money on it. I beleive shit happens for a reason back track and try something knew. Tear. It. Up. Mad Dawg! P.S. Ck. out Trac made by MHP or V-12 made by SAN.
