Default Money vs. food and supplements
If you are still young like me (20) and still on college, have no job, and live with parrents etc... how do you get all you need for bodybuilding? We EAT like horses, we drink whey protein like horses, that all costs. How do you handle that?

Get a job. All you really need is a part time job. That will buy you plenty of protein and creatine. DOn't need anything else. Lots of food and milk.
Start working. I worked fulltime, went to college full time and partyed full time If i had it to do over again i wouldve only partied part time :P ...then I'd be bigger and stronger

Yes, my parents buy all that food. But they wont buy me 10lbs protein, 1lb creatine, 1 lb glutamine every month Thats where I figure out some money. I have a lot of food in my fridge, and sometimes I get a job. I just wondered about other young people who are involved in lifting.

You don't need the glutamine if you are using whey.

I just gave it as an example. I never use glutamine. I used it once and havent seen much results. And I know, Whey protein has plenty of glutamine (about 14%), so I dont use that thing.

Go to Sam's for all your food like chicken in bulk and other meats. Order all your supplements online and not from GNC or other Vitamin Stores. This seems to be cheaper for me.

try not 2 depend on "supplements" eat reall food, high in protien and calories, orwhatever your goals are,, try and keep the "supplements" for when you really need them.. i f that makes sense to you.. most people buy a bunch of crap and only take that stuff and not eat enough real food,, you should be eating so you dont even have to rely on overpriced supplements...you think arnold back in the day went to gnc and spent 100 bucks on a week supply of supplements? lol most likely not

Buy just whey protein. The rest comes from food (eggs, tuna, chicken, oatmeal, etc... very cheap)
