i have never heard of the lift...so i was asking...maybe i didnt make it clear...that i know that ephedrine has still been around but that supplements with ephedra (ma huang) were still illegal

If I remember correctly, I think only supplements that contain 10mgs or less of ephedra have been allowed...things like Stacker 2 had about 25mg...I think what happened was a judge overturned the ban on grounds that the FDA did not prove sufficiently that ephedra was dangerous...

Ya I know a couple places, but I'm worried they just have really old bottles of this stuff from years ago...if so, it would lose it's potency. I'd like to order straight from the manufacturer.

hi, guys new to the forum here.

i'm a total noob but i thought ephedra was illegal as well? i never knew they over turned it, then again i never bothered to look it up.

i remember taking ripped fuel way back in the day, it had i believe 25mg of ephedra? maybe 30? dunno but it was great stuff. took 1-3 pills before work outs only.

I just went to a store here in town yesterday and picked up a bottle. It only had 10 mg ephedra where it used to have 18mg. So I just take two. The owner of the store said they were going to start enforcing the "no more than 10mg in a serving" law. He said he gets the stuff out of Dallas. He gave me some info on the lift of the ban.
