    Default sd cycle-pct ?
    SD
    wk 1 10mg
    wk 2-3 20 mg

    running thistle,palmetto, hawthorn, nac, and fish oil throughout

    pct all of the above - except the sd of course
    including :
    nolva
    wk 1 40
    wk 2 30
    wk 3 20
    wk 4 10
    then lecithen, zma, red yeast rice, fenugreek, dhea

    is that a solid pct? i spent a lot of $$ this pct and i hope you all say that is good enough!!!!

    Looks alright to me, unless you bought liquid nolva, then I'd prob do 60, 40, 40, 20. Thats just me though. Hey, at least you went w/nolva. Good job on that.

    think u'll be fine. How come I didn't see any Bvitamins in the list of stuff youre taking?? Should be taking bvits. Esp. b6.

    dont kill me if im wrong---im barely a b student in my health and wellness degree program but doesnt my zma include B6---it may be b12 but i thought it was b6

    yea, its vitamin b6...

    I only see b6 reccomended for preventing progesterone gyno, but SD isnt real bad about that anyway.

    zma doesnt contain enough b6 to prevent that.

    i made up my own ZMa...i have Zinc Magnesium and B6---ill just bump up the b6 a little bit ---thanks
