 creatine.
on other forums they sort of talk badly about it...but in a recent post on this..i heard great things about it...what kind of results do you guys see from it and how long would you stay on it for?
thanks.

I would say that I do see some results from it, but nothing overly dramatic. Staying on it for several months at a time is fine. There won't be any negative side effects.

I like creatine, like ***** I've never noticed anything overly dramatic from it. I do tend to stay away from it though while cutting because it bloats me.

I mostly notice that my strength improves each week more rapidly then when not in use. I tend to use it for about 1.5 months and then go off. I have found this to be the best for my body with regards to gains made and kept.

I've noticed most from the newer products like CEE (satur8, v12, stuff like that) but do notice some from mono. Nothing extrodinary from either, but noticable. Stay on mono for long periods(pretty much all of bulking cycle) CEE only for 1-2months then off 2 or more.

i notice lots of bloat and decent gains from all forms of creatine, so i just stick with tried and true mono.

What he said. I run year round, get somewhat results from it and abit more when using ALA along with it. I do not get bloated though.
