I haven't cycled for about two years but I was reading up on 6-OXO and was wondering if, taken by itself, it would have any positive effects on fat loss, preventing muscle loss, etc?
background.. I work out 5-6 times a week and weigh 225, i am 6'2 and would like to shed some fat % (currently at about 18%)...
