    Default Yohimbine questions
    What kind of dosing is recommended with yohimbine HCI? Maybe 5mg 3 times daily? I'm doing a clen/ephe rotation right now, 2 weeks one then 2 weeks the other. Should the Y be rotated also? Would it be better to run the Y with the eph or the clen? Or could I just run it continually without taking a break from it?

    A good place to look for info on Yohim is in the Woman Forum. Do a search. Seems the ladies in there have used it alot and have some solid advice.

    it's an extremely powerful ingredient, if real.
    i've been using ephedrine since 1992 but just ONE dose of corynine (the alkaloid in yohimbe ) made me want to forget it forever.
