    Default How much Creatine ethyl Ester
    I bought Axis Labs Creatine Ethyl Ester HCL and it says to take 3 pills before and after my workout. For 3 pills it contains 2250mg of creatine ethyl ester hcl. Should I take more and if so how many? thanks

    as a rule of thumb you do not want to exceed 40g of creatine per day.. i would say at 22grams you should be fine.. your stats would help too.. But really 20 g of creatine a day is plenty, The rest you probably won't even be absorbing. so your just wasting it.

    I heard from a reliable source (BodyFx2, professional trainer/nutritionist) that you should take in 2 servings a day, one with breakfast and one right after training. You should take a heaped teaspoon per serving. It tastes aweful, so be prepared!

    big-tymer....... I think your missing your decimal points bud.

    CEE at 4.5g/day should work just fine. If you weigh over 200lbs, up that to 4 pills before and 4 after which should give you around 6g. You'll hear of people saying "6g? That's it?? I take 20!!" but those people are normally on monohydrate which absorbs far less than CEE does.

    Biceps Blitz - By taking it an hour before your workout, your glycogen levels will be greatly increased allowing you to train harder and longer. By taking it directly after your replenishing what you've depleted by training and allowing your body to start healing. For years it was a huge debate on which was better, before or after. And I think most have come to an agreement to just do both! LOL
