i was wondering if i got like poriten powder that was unfalavored how many grams u think i could get in a cap. also is their a way to get like a concentrated form of protein powder. thanks

You won't be able to get any grams into a cap. You could get some miligrams into a cap, but not grams.

Protein can't really be concentrated. It's going to be 4 calories per gram no matter what.

Shake is about the only way to go. Caps would be pointless even if it did work. Would be easier just to take the shake. Gets old, but no pain no gain. SOme shakes aren't all that bad either.

Just look at the amount of protein powder you go through in a month. And that shit is probably around 80% pure protein, so even if you were taking 100% pure product, you'd still be taking more or less the same amount.
