 L-Taurine
Any help on L-Taurine? I took 1st bottle yesterday... I am taking 6 pills (3 grams) per day.. I know there are no side effects so I am taking this big amount of L-Taurine. Any help with this? It should be helpfull because it blocks free radicals... your opinions please.

Lots of info out there about how safe and great this supp is. A little late right now, otherwise I'd have some links.
But I promise, it's very safe, even at 5 times that dose, or even more.

I think it's incredibly underated and extremely cheap if bought in powder form, and since it's tasteless, why not?
I wouldn't take more than a couple of grams at a time though, some have intestinal problems from it if too much is taken at once. Having said that, I'd try to get a minimum of 5 grams/day and shoot for 10 if you can.

I like stacking it with creatine. It seems to work quite well.
