 Strong Bones
I was wondering what suppliments that I coud take to get strong bones? I know drinking milk might help,but what about those that are lactose in tollerant? And another question is about bones making a poping sound does that mean that you have weak bones or is that due to nitrigen or somthing?

try taking citracal, twice a day.

does it make a huge noticable differance?Would I be abled to punch a punching bag or move normally without having to hear a crackling sound?
