It's good but pricey...there are many other less expensive options that work just as well.

Yeah pretty much anything EAS is overpriced nowadays. ISS makes a good creatine product called Satur8. Or you can just use dextrose and pure creatine...

Dext and Pure cre mono is the most cost effective. As for EAS stuff, how do you think they pay the body for life winners? They don't, WE DO!

EAS should really be out of business. Its amazong that people still pay for their Phosphagen and Myoplex. Decent products at best, with ridiculous prices.

Try the link in my sig. You can get 100g of CEE (1 - 1.5 month supply depending on what dosage you use, which is usually around 3g) for $6.99. Mix that with a 50/50 malto/dex mix, which are both $2.25 a pound, and youve got the basic ingredients of any overpriced CELLtech/phosphagen product.

another benefit of CEE...you need way less because its used more efficiently by your body.

about how much CEE would I need for a loading phase then? Since about 20g of Creatine/day is needed for me when loading and then 10g a day afterwards.

and what else could be stacked with CEE for better results?

    no loading phase.

most people dont load with creatine mono either unless they want to waste it.

the same thing you stack with creatine mono...good diet and excersize.

if you consider seeing gains 2-3x faster and more intense wasting..

All I know is I loaded and I saw massive gains in size and strength and recovery and 5 months later after not working out, which that time I didnt load, i saw very little gains in size

HAHAHA. I think you read the back of the label a little too many times.

MASSIVE SIZE GAINS, SKIN TEARING PUMPS, ROADMAP VASCULARITY, ALL FROM THIS POWDER!!!!! LIFT THE HOUSE!!!!

theres nothing "massive" about the gains in size or strength you get from creatine, you can convince yourself all you want. Creatine monohydrate doesnt magically create muscle out of nowhere, all it does is basically give your muscles more explosive energy, allowing you to lift a little harder, a little longer. It makes you hold water, thats where those MASSIVE GAINS IN SIZE AND STRENGTH came from, Arnold.

And where did you get this 2-3 times faster figure. Did you just pull numbers out of your ass or is there a study somewhere?
