    Its been day 3 i've been taking 10mg a day and I feel so exhuasted. I take a nap then after an hour I feel a need for another one. Just yesterday I look a nap so long and woke up at 6pm and thought I woke up at 6am.

    why would you want to use M1t when it is no illegal and it is also very hard on your liver? You are much better of using real gear as you will get better results.

    m1t is illegal now... and it is real gear...

    anyway - some test or 4ad would help with the lethargy

    i like the m1t but the lower back pain kicks my ass i heard 4ad helps with lethargy also take a lot of b6..it seems to help me

    The first time I used M1T I started out at 20mg and ran it straight through for 3 weeks. I felt like shit the whole first week, but it passes.

    I'm currently running M1T now, I started out at 10mg for one week and bumped it to 20mg on the second week. I've had no noticable sides this round.

    I guess it depends on the person. Just stick in there. Eat. Sleep. & and remember it will pass. You'll be pleased with the results.

    when i was taking m1t, i started at 15mg and worked up to 35mg(cuz i didn't know how my body would react to it) But i was very lethargic for a while, but u get thru it. At work sometimes i felt like i was about to fall asleep but i kept pushing myself and after about 30min or so it passed. If u take naps, it might not really help. Just push yourself and it'll get better.
