overdated supplement bars still good?

I noticed on ebay some folks sell the over dated mesotech bars are these still good? Its the sell by date they are like a month late or so nothing major I guess, but whats everyoens opinon?

I buy most of my protein bars at GNC when they r going out of date you can getem for 25 cents. They r still good.

thanks didnt know that, but here is another question my little girl likes the mesotech bars she is like 2 years old whats your opinion on her eating them? she can almost eat the whole bar by herself once a day there is like an inch left of it then she gives it back to me.

Well MY personal thoght (i dont have children) is that its fine, maybe limit her to half a bar/day? Its not like it aint healthy.

Protein bars suck. Half of them are all soy protein or other bullshit.

One of the guys at my gym gives his son Tri-o-Plex bars...prolly 2y/o...that kid is a rough mofo though...Ran into a goal post, got up and laughed...I guess he gets angry when he gets hurt, too...doesn't cry though...I know quite a few members who give Tri-O-Plex bars to their kids, and none of them have had any adverse effects...

Our local walmart had a good sale on some detour bars w/designer whey in em. Really good and really cheap. How long do u think they'll be good 4?? few more months at least right??
