    Default Different Protein Shakes?
    I was just wondering I take Pro Blend 55, and people say they take what protein shakes work for them? Well how do you really know what works for you? Also I was thinking about taking two different protein shakes, like take pro blend 55 after my workout and take something esle in the morning. Any suggents would much help me out.

    Check out Trueprotein, you should find a link to their site in my signature.

    Pick up some Whey Concentrate or Whey Isolate Ion-Exchange.

    If you find that Whey makes you bloaty and gives you cramps, go with the Isolate. It is easier on your digestive system and also has a higher protin %.

    both are good to take after a workout and if you take one later in the day you can always add things such as EFA and carbs to slow the absorption.
