Best Multi Vitamin

Just curious to see what multi you guys use.

i dont think that you get enough of the good shit in multivitimins.so i buy single bottles.like b6,b12 ect.then you can get enough of what you need

Optimen from optimum nutrition.
And with that i have c-vitamines (the ones that dissolves(spelling) in water).
I still have a clean diet so im high above the recommended dosages.

your multivitamin really isn't going to make such of a difference.

Remember it is a supplement and you should be getting most of your vitamins and nutrients from the food you eat.

IMO, your multivitamin doesn't really matter. Find one that is cost effective and take it.

i use beverly int'l and/or animal pac along with 500mg 4xday(2000mg additon to the bev pac i take) of vit c and a huge dose of b vits/ed along with selinium and vit e. when i take my vits like that i rarely get ill/sick and i can tell a big diff if i dont take them...and if i stop takin them for more than a few wks i can really tell a diff.
