best supps to take with M1T

Im planning on taking milk thistle with it and saw palmetto. Was wondering what other supps to help ease the liver and stuff. Any help appreciated....Thanks

Good idea to take some bvitamins w/it(not for help w/liver though), also I found it helpful to take glucosamine/msm/chondrotin cuz I gained so much strength so quickly put added stress on joints and stuff. Felt it helped me. I also drank cranberry juice when on(dunno how much it helped detoxify me though). Thought milk thistle helped some for me as well. Don't really have any other advise for liver detox. sorry.

Are you predisposed to male pattern baldness? If not, then drop the Saw Palmetto. It lowers your DHT. DHT is a good thing. DHT doesn't cause baldness, but if you are prone to baldness, then reducing your DHT will slow down the progression. But bringing down your DHT also has the ability to cause erectile disfunction, loss of libido, and other problems.

Just wanted to give you some info. Do with it as you may.

m1t doesnt convert to dht, its inherently androgenic (it is already 5alpha reduced) so a 5alpha reductase blocker wont help much. if you are concerned about MPB, a topical solution would be your best bet.
