    Default Bcaa
I wasnt going to post - I figured most of this stuff has been talked about - but I got a few questions. I'm ordering TrueProtien BCAA to use post cycle (currently running a Test only). I'm a little confised about all this information regarding BCAA now though. Things like ... Its only effective at mega doses ... & ... It should or should not be taken only on an emtpy stomach.

I'm not looking to gain, I'm gaining enough right now. My goal is maintanence. I've never tried BCAA and know little about it. I hear its great post cycle.

    My questions are:
Once and for all ... what is the effective dose? How often should it be taken? Can it be taken throughout the day, or as mentioned, only on an empty stomach (first thing monring, before bed)? What is your thoughts on TrueProtien's BCAA (I hear it good quality).

& lastly, a little off topic, would you recommend mixing it with my dextrose & creatine? I made a blend of dex/creatine/L-Arginine/L-carnitine. So would BCAA be a nice addition to this blend?

Thank you ... any help will be appreciated.

BCAA's are essential aminos the basic building block for building muscle you should always take in BCAA's. I take mine right after I work out and before bed. There not a drug or a supplement you should take pre-cycle or post cyle they are necessary building block for building muscle. Look at your protein powder their in there but supplementing straight BCAA's is a great idea. The effective dose is on the label diffrent brands have diffrent amount in the all things are not created equal. I take 4 caps after a work out the label suggest 6 but for financial reasons I cut back it's better to be taking in some than none.
