If you'd like to save some cash, just get their normal WPC...

go to the trueprotein website. At the top of the page where it says SEARCH, type "formula"

There are some sample formulas that other people use and one of them may appeal to you.

If not then I would go with Whey Concentrate or Ion-Exchange if you don't mind the extra $$$

hey EASTO what do think about this blend:

    Wicked Whey Formula

    20% Whey Protein Isolate Ion-exchange

    20% Whey Protein Isolate Microfiltration

    20% Whey protein Isolate Cold-Filtration

    20% Whey Protein Concentrate

    10% Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Concentrate

10% Hydrolyzed Whey Protein High Grade

    Check out this LINK

It will give you a better understanding about each type of protein.

Myself, I would go with the TEAMSKIP blend and use that in the am, between meals, and at the end of the day. I would also pick up some Whey Protein Isolate Ion-exchange for post workout.

The TEAMSKIP has some fast and slow absorbing proteins in it which which is nice except post workout, that's where the ion-exchange comes in.

Then again, if you only want to order 1 type I would go with the Ion-Exchange.

I use their Whey Protein Concentrate only because I go through some much of it, and this is the cheapest route. Some people have trouble digesting WPC, that's why most people prefer the ion-exchange. If you get bloated and gassy from your shakes, I wouldn't use WPC.

If you're looking for an all-around all-day shake, you need a blend.

    Here are some combos:

    Economical:
    30% WPC
    20% CFM
    30% Calcium Caseinate or MPI
    20% Egg White

    High Quality:
    40% CFM
    30% Micellar Casein
    20% Egg White
    10% Glutamine Peptides

If you need to pack on weight, get Whole Egg instead of Egg White powder.
