Im planning on buying some ZMA what brands do you guys recommend?

ZMA is just Mag, Zinc and B6. Buy em separate and it's much much MUCH cheaper than any ZMA brand.

this particular brand has 500mg mag and 22.5mg zinc. what would be the appropriate level of b6?

The Bulk Nutrition brand (1fast400) is the same as everyone else's, but cheaper.
